Variants (now in beta) let you offer multiple product options in a single listing. New payout tools give you better visibility into your earnings so you can plan ahead with confidence. Sell More, List Less with Variants (Beta)
Managing product variations can be a time-consuming and manual process, requiring you to create separate listings for each size, color, or style of the same product. This not only takes extra effort but also makes it harder for buyers to find the exact option they want.
With Variants, you can now offer multiple options in a single Buy It Now or Flash Sale listing. Instead of setting up different listings for each variation, you’ll be able to manage everything in one place—saving time, reducing clutter in your store, and making shopping more seamless for buyers:
When purchasing, buyers can select their preferred size, color, or variation at checkout, eliminating confusion and creating a smoother experience
You save time by listing once instead of creating multiple listings for different variations
It works seamlessly with Flash Sales, so you can run a single sale without needing to restart for each option
We take a results-first approach to product development, which is why Variants are rolling out in beta first. By working closely with a small group of sellers, we can refine the experience before expanding access to everyone. Better Visibility Into Your Earnings & Payouts
Tracking your earnings should be clear and straightforward, not a guessing game. That’s why we’re making several updates to payout tracking in the Seller Hub, giving you better visibility into when and how you get paid:
Order Earnings Breakdown: See exactly how much you’ve earned per order and whether those funds are processing or available for payout. This makes it easier to track pending earnings and forecast when funds will be accessible.
Custom Date Filters for Transactions: The Ledger page now lets you filter and export transactions by date range (up to 31 days) or by transaction status, making it easier to track earnings over time and reconcile finances.
Clearer Payout Statuses & Explanations: The Payouts page will provide more accurate status updates, showing whether your funds have been successfully transferred. Plus, new educational content helps clarify what your current balance means and when you can expect payouts.
Export & Reporting Enhancements (Coming Soon): We’re also working on improving reporting capabilities, making it easier to review historical transactions, track trends, and simplify accounting for tax season.
Having greater financial transparency and control makes it easier to manage your business and plan ahead. These updates are rolling out soon, with full availability expected within the next month.
Rewards Club Season 3: More Customization, Less Setup
Rewards Club is your always-on loyalty program designed to recognize and reward your most engaged buyers. It automatically tracks purchases, unlocks rewards, and helps build buyer relationships by encouraging repeat purchases. Each season lasts three months, giving you the chance to refresh your program and fine-tune your strategy based on buyer behavior.
Season 3 is here, just in time for a spring refresh of your Rewards Club. Based on your feedback, this season introduces updates that streamline enrollment, enhance branding, and make your loyalty program even more engaging:
Easier Re-enrollment: Copy over your Season 2 setup and make updates as needed—skip the tedious setup and optimize your program based on past insights.
Custom Branding: Personalize your Rewards Club with custom tier names and badge icons, making your program feel more on-brand and rewarding for buyers.
