Product Spotlight: Weekly Order Reports, Seller Hub Home, and Improvements to Order & Shipment Search
This month, we’re introducing new features to help you better understand your business’s financial health. We're also offering a web-friendly version of Seller Home to offer more options for staying on track with business tasks and faster access to order and shipment search.
Improved View into Your Financials: Weekly Order Reports
We know it’s important for you to track your business's financial health, which is why we’re launching Weekly Order Reports – an easy-to-download report that breaks out your costs and earnings down to the order level. This report includes key data insights from sales, tips, refunds, and additional shipping charges to help you get a better view of order activities.
You can use this information to analyze your margin at the product level and at the show level, giving you more insights into performance trends. You can easily download the report in a CSV and then upload it to your preferred spreadsheet format, such as Excel or Google Sheets.
The Weekly Order Reports will contain information on all completed order-level transactions from the past week. As we start rolling this out over the next few weeks, they will soon be available every Monday at 6 a.m. UTC for all sellers, and will be accessible from Seller Hub on desktop.
All-in-One Command Center: Updated Seller Home on Desktop
We understand there is a lot to keep track of when managing your business, so we’re making it easier to stay on top of your orders and smoothly run your operations by bringing an updated Seller Home experience to desktop. We also updated the switcher tool to toggle between seller and buyer mode for easier access. From highlighting critical tasks to enabling quick actions and understanding your account health, this comprehensive dashboard provides a view into the necessary next steps to run your business.
Seller Home for desktop will start rolling out today to all sellers. You can check it out on the Whatnot app by hovering over the Whatnot logo in the top left corner and clicking “Switch to Selling.”
Better Search for Orders and Shipments
We’re simplifying your access to orders and shipments by incorporating more search term options, including shipment and order ID, tracking number, username, and listing titles and descriptions. We’re also expanding search results from 90 days to a full year and delivering results up to four times faster.
This improvement will be rolling out to all sellers on the web and mobile soon.
