Introducing Whatnot Seller Summit: Austin 2026

A new kind of seller event, built for our community

We’re excited to announce the Whatnot Seller Summit, our first Whatnot-owned event coming to Austin, Texas, on April 25th, 2026. It’s a full-day, in-person experience that gives sellers the tools, knowledge, and confidence to take the next big leap in their business. This isn’t just about learning what to do; it’s about understanding why it works, how to apply it in your own shows, and building something scalable and meaningful over time.

Whether you are refining your show setup, streamlining your operations, or figuring out how to consistently bring more buyers to your live shows, this event will support you in taking the next step.

And just as importantly, it’s built to be in person on purpose. We’ve learned that in-person events lead to higher-converting shows, more repeat buyers, and a business built to scale. You’ve told us that you want more opportunities to connect face-to-face, to learn alongside each other, ask real-time questions, and build relationships that go beyond your live shows. We’re looking forward to bringing sellers together IRL for a full-day event focused on growth, connection, and momentum.

Why attend the Whatnot Seller Summit?

Maybe you’re feeling ready to take the next step on Whatnot, but you are not totally sure what that step should be.

You’re showing up. You’re putting in the hours. But growth at a certain point is not just about doing more shows. It is about tightening how you run the room, earning trust at scale, sourcing inventory buyers actually want, showing up confidently on camera, and building operations that can handle bigger demand.

The Whatnot Seller Summit is designed to help you figure out what to level up next and how to do it. In just one day, you will learn from sellers who have already made those jumps, sharpen your strategy, and leave with a clear plan you can start executing the very next time you go live. And you will do it surrounded by other driven sellers who are building, experimenting, and pushing themselves forward right alongside you.

What to expect

With two programming tracks running throughout the day, you can focus on the growth levers that matter most to your business, from sourcing smarter and building high-converting live shows to increasing buyer retention and scaling your operations. You’ll hear from Whatnot leaders like Tom Verrilli, Chief Product Officer, and Andy Tu, VP of Marketing, and learn directly from top sellers including @thedonsluxury, @lunarliquidation, @swishbreaks, and @rnzy as they share the real strategies behind their success. If you’re looking for a more collaborative setting, hands-on workshops will go deeper on tactical skills alongside seller community leaders and Whatnot experts.

Throughout the day, there will be plenty of time to connect, meet other sellers, and take part in fun activities built into the experience. We’ll keep you fueled with breakfast and lunch on site, then close out the day with a celebratory dinner at a classic downtown Austin BBQ spot.

If you’re arriving early, join us for a welcome happy hour the night before to kick things off and meet fellow attendees.

Can’t make it?

We hope to see many of you in Austin, but if you can’t make it, we’ve got other ways to connect.

Check out our new Meetups Hub, where you can discover and RSVP to local seller meetups, connect with sellers in your area, or even apply to host one of your own. Meetups are all about learning from each other, sharing what’s working, trading real-world tips, and building relationships that make selling on Whatnot more fun and more successful.

This is where sellers connect, support each other, and help shape the future of Whatnot.
